Please send us an email request for your specific checklist of what to bring. Checklist for Authorized Road Tests depend on age, permit status, course completion status, and type of course completed. We will help you navigate the process and can virtually check your paperwork and answer all of your questions in advance!
All Student will need to bring:
- Valid Non-Expired Texas Permit with PHOTO (Restriction B)
- Certificate of Drivers Education (ALL Students under 25)
- TEXAS IMPACT Certificate (ALL Ages required)
- Printed Car Insurance with car listed
- Payment
- (Teens only) LOGs (Classroom & 44 hours practice)

*Book "Change, Replace, Renew" to turn in our testing results
*Check at 6:50am for same day/week/month appts with the DPS
*Reminder teens cannot test before OR on their 6-month HOLD date
*Teens must be 16 or older to test (As long as there hold date has passed)
*Everyone must have a Photo on their Valid Permit to Test & Practice

- Don't forget your logs required for your program: Each link above includes how to fill it out along with a blank printable log! *NOTE : SOME PROGRAMS HAVE YOU RECORD YOUR 44 HOURS ONLINE. If that is the case, simply print out for 44 hours on paper to bring to your appointment. Here are some easy-to-print logs if you prefer hand-written logs instead, please see the attached items labeled 14 hour & 30 hour, or the information linked below!
